Over the Independence Day holiday weekend we took advantage of one of those rare Summer mornings: the sun was shining, the air was warm, the muggy humidity was hours away and flowers were blooming everywhere.
This, of course, made for the perfect setting for Violet’s photo shoot. We spent a quick hour playing in the flowers, knocking on doors and having loads of fun. Her bright green dress with a simple pink ribbon really captured the mood and spirit of the season.
Violet’s session goes to show that you don’t need exotic locations or multiple outfit changes to capture a broad range of portraits; we covered everything from serious to silly and all points in between… and it certainly makes things a lot easier when your subject is an adorable, cherubic and inquisitive four-year-old!
