Image Usage

Unless otherwise stated or mutually agreed-upon Keberly Photography may post client images to our website portfolio gallery. Additionally, Keberly Photography reserves the right to post client images to Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and other online social networking/sharing/collaborative websites.

Advertising

Unless mutually agreed-upon, with signed documentation, from both client and Keberly Photography: Keberly Photography reserves the right to sell, advertise republish, reprocess, alter, edit or manipulate client images in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising and trade, or any other purpose whatsoever without restriction.
